Tenth international conference “New information technologies in education for all” continues a series of scientific events organized by the International Research and Training Center for Information Technologies and Systems as a National Coordinator of the Intergovernmental UNESCO “Information for all” supported by the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The main topics of the conference:
1. E-learning: challenges of modern information society
2. E-learning infrastructure: LMS MOODLE
3. ICT in education for all
4. Pedagogical issues of e-learning and instructional design
5. ICT in pre-school and school education.
6. E-learning teachers’ training
Participation in the conference ITEA-2015 is free of charges for all participants.
The first conference day (November 26), “international day”, will be focused on international experience and collaboration, thus presentations and communication will be in English.
On the second day (November 27), “local day” the conference participants will discuss issues related to the Ukrainian e-learning cases and trends, experience in ICT innovations, and other related problems of national science and education, therefore presentations and communication will be in Ukrainian.

If you would like to participate only in the international day, you must register at the English version of the conference website: http://itea-conf.org.ua/2015/registration
If you would like to participate only in the local day, you must register at the Ukrainian version of the conference website: http://itea-conf.org.ua/2015/ua/registration
If you would like to participate in both days you must register on both English and Ukrainian versions of the conference website and you will be allowed to submit two papers, one in English and one in Ukrainian.
Video broadcasts of the presentations will be available at the website of the conference. Visitors of the website will be able to send questions to the presenters.
Participation in the conference is possible in distance format.
Distant participants will have the opportunity to make their presentations and answer the questions through the video conferencing.
Papers, slides and videos of the presentations will be published at the conference website. Selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
